Naked Fitness Workout

This workout consists of walking, stretching, and performing strength exercises. Walking 60 to 120 minutes per day will help you maintain or lose body weight. And ten minutes of stretching and strengthening exercises will help you improve your alignment, boost your metabolism, and enjoy a happier, healthier life. (Note: Consult your doctor before starting any exercise program.)
