Daily Mission 004 - Lower Body

This workout focuses on cardiovascular fitness, fat burn, strength, conditioning, and sculpting of your legs and glutes. The movements are fast and powerful, so stay as light on your feet as possible. Pay special attention to form. Your knees should always point in the same direction as your toes, and you should try to maintain good posture throughout the exercises.
