Daily Mission 003 - Cardio & Conditioning

This workout focuses on cardiovascular fitness, conditioning, and fat burn. In this workout, you’ll use both anaerobic and aerobic metabolic pathways to get the most out of your cardiovascular and respiratory systems. In other words, there will be times when you’ll call on your body to produce intense power for a relatively short duration (the anaerobic part), and times when you’ll employ moderate power for a longer duration (the aerobic part). The result is a phenomenal fat-burning workout.
