The methodology of BCx Legs & Glutes Express is to primarily use movements of large, lower body muscles to tax your heart and lungs, sculpt your legs and glutes, and burn as much fat as possible in approximately 30 minutes.
Today’s movements are plyometric in nature, so stay light on your feet, modify the exercises, if necessary, and pay special attention to form. Keep your knees in line with your toes, maintain good posture, and kill this workout. Remember, you’re on the clock!
