Welcome to Naked Fitness™ – where you don’t have to take your clothes off to feel good in your own skin! Published fitness expert Andrea Metcalf helps you strip away excuses and use simple, everyday routines to get relaxed, healthy, and fit.
There are three parts to the Naked Fitness program: (1) walking 60 to 120 minutes per day, outdoors or on a treadmill, (2) stretching and exercising about ten minutes per day, and (3) “Naked Nutrition,” a series of guidelines to help you eat healthfully and lose weight without feeling hungry.
In this 28-day workout program for FitStudio, Andrea will coach you through the exercise phases of Naked Fitness. As for Naked Nutrition, plan on eating 1,200 to 1,800 calories per day. Usually no more than 30% of those calories should come from fat. Try to eat the following amounts of these foods: fibrous vegetables, two to four servings daily; fruits, two to four servings daily; lean proteins, three servings daily; calcium-rich proteins, one to two servings daily; starches, zero to three servings daily; beneficial fats, one to three servings daily.
Note: Consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
