Turkish Get Up
  1. Lie down on the floor face up and extend your right arm and kettlebell to the ceiling. Place your left hand on the floor, palm down to assist you.
  2. Bend your right leg, place your foot on the floor, and press into your left hand to roll your hips and torso off the floor until you're in a kneeling position.
  3. Place your left arm overhead and come to standing.
  4. Reverse the movement to eturn to starting position and repeat.
