Trunk Rotations
  1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and engage your core.
  2. Place your hands on your hips. With a flat back, press your hips forward.
  3. Slowly circle your upper body to the right, backward, and to the left, allowing your hips to follow the movement.
  4. Repeat this trunk rotation in each direction until you complete 10 circles.
