Increase core and upper body strength and burn fat with this cardio-conditioning calisthenic exercise.
  1. Begin in plank or push-up position.
  2. Push off of your arms and jump into a squat position so that your feet are now where your hands were. Your body is now in an upright sqaut position on your feet.
  3. Maintain the squat position as you lower your hands paralell with but just outside your feet, pushing your feet back into a plank position.
