You can burn a lot of belly fat riding a stationary bike. The higher you set the resistance, the more calories you’ll burn.
- Sit in the saddle of a stationary bike.
- Set the resistance at a challenging level.
- Pedal the bike as you would a regular bike.
- If you have a heart rate monitor, try to reach and sustain your target heart rate. If you are a moderate exerciser, a good target is 220 minus your age, times 0.65. If you want a harder workout, multiply by 0.75 or even 0.8.
