Use this fancy kick to strike the bag with your shin. Don't be afraid to put your hip into it!
  1. Stand with your left foot diagonally in front of your right foot about two feet apart.
  2. With your hands at the side of your head, circle your right leg to the left and strike the bag at mid-thigh level with your shin, as you pivot on your left foot and twist your torso to the left. Keep your right foot parallel to the floor at point of contact.
  3. Return to start position and repeat. Switch sides.
