Quadriceps Stretch
  1. Engage your core. While standing, bend your knee back and hold your foot behind your buttocks.
  2. Make sure your knees are lined up and your hips are straight.
  3. Pull back on your foot with your hands to increase the stretch without arching your back.
  4. Hold for 30 seconds; switch legs.
