  1. Engage your core and stand with your feet far enough apart, so that your legs form a triangle and you can place your hands flat on the ground.
  2. Turn your body towards the right and raise your toe off the ground, as shown.
  3. Hold your toes up with your hands and hold the stretch for 30 seconds.
  4. Switch to the other side.
