This exercise works your cardiovascular system and builds stamina. It also tones your quadriceps, shoulders, buttocks and calves.

Jumping Jacks
  1. Stand with your feet together and your hands at your sides.
  2. Jump off the ground, spreading your legs and moving your arms over your head with your palms facing forward.
  3. Return to your original position.
  4. Repeat.
