Hamstring Stretch

This old-faithful hamstring stretch still gets the job done. Add it to your routine.

Hamstring Stretch
  1. Engage your core and stand with your feet far enough apart that your legs form a triangle with the ground and your hands are flat on the ground
  2. Flatten your back, breath easy and gently lean back slightly to feel a gentle stretch in the back of your legs and hold for 30 seconds.
  3. As this becomes more easy, narrow your stance.
