Chest Stretch High

This stretch will improve flexibility in your shoulders and upper chest. It will also bring more ventilation to your lungs.
Chest Stretch High
  1. Stand with your feet beneath your hips.
  2. Raise your arms straight to each side.
  3. Move your arms back until you feel the stretch.
  4. Hold this position.
  5. Return your arms to your sides.
  6. Lower your arms.
