Calf Raises

This exercise is a great way to both strengthen and stretch your calves at the same time.
Calf Raises
  1. Stand on top of a step, with feet about shoulder-width apart, arms by sides.
  2. Inch feet back until your heel is just barely hanging off the step's edge.
  3. Go up on to tiptoes, hold for one breath, and then lower.
  4. Continue rising up and down for desired number of reps.
