This exercise works your abs, back and buttocks. It also improves your balance.
Bridge With Leg Lift
  1. Lie on the floor with your knees bent and your arms at your sides.
  2. Lift your hips toward the ceiling.
  3. Keep your rib cage low and squeeze the backs of your thighs.
  4. Lift a foot slightly off the floor.
  5. Repeat with the other leg.
