Bosu Sit-up

Exercise Steps:
Done

  1. Lie faceup, with knees bent, feet flat on floor, back propped against top of BOSU, flat side down.
  2. Lean back as far as possible and place hands behind head, elbows out to sides.
  3. Crunch up, bringing chest toward knees; lower back to start.
