BCx Times & Workout Feedback

Bonnie P
Bonnie P Posted about 1 year ago

I suggest posting your times to hold you accountable. It's not about who you beat, it's about the added accountability you need to have DURING the workout, knowing you will be posting your times AFTER your workout for others to see. :)

Pamela S Posted 11 months ago (In reply to Bonnie P)

Day 4:
Oh man! I did a TRX circuit this AM first, rested, and then did BCx...
This one I actually had to modify a lot. I have a pin & screw in both of my hips from being overweight as a child. This limits my ability to do squats b/c my hips shift. I slowed some of the movements dwn as well so that I had proper form.
Warm Up: 5:20
Dead Legs: 11:24
Old School: 7:21(Killed myself here b/c I wanted to be like Shari!)
Slow Mo: 6:07
T.L.J: 5:24

Ewan B
Ewan B Posted about 1 year ago (In reply to Bonnie P)

I hadn't see the video before...I was using a chair to pull myself up fast then I slowly lower myself back to the chair. I'll try using the lat machine at the gym as you showed with the band on #4.

Bradley G
Bradley G Posted about 1 year ago (In reply to Ewan B)

Bonnie P
Bonnie P Posted about 1 year ago (In reply to Bradley G)

awesome!!!!! :) If you walk, make it powerful. Arms should be at a 90 degree angle and swinging, legs should take loooong strides. Walk so fast you should almost want to just break out into a jog for relief. This will help you burn 20% more calories.
