Danny McLarty has been a fitness coach for over ten years. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He is also a basketball skills coach and was inducted into the Illinois Basketball Hall of Fame to honor his high school and college career. Danny believes that there is no magic trick to improving health and physique. "Train, eat, sleep, and repeat," he says.
