Walking Lunge

This exercise is a great dynamic warm-up before cardio and will work everything from your hips, down.
Start
Walking Lunge
  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, hands on hips.
  2. Lunge forward with right leg, bending both knees 90 degrees, keeping back tall and right knee behind toes.
  3. As you rise back up, lunge left leg forward, bending both knees 90 degrees.
  4. Continue walking forward, alternating legs with every lunge.
