Walking Lunge
This exercise is a great dynamic warm-up before cardio and will work everything from your hips, down.
Walking Lunge
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, hands on hips.
- Lunge forward with right leg, bending both knees 90 degrees, keeping back tall and right knee behind toes.
- As you rise back up, lunge left leg forward, bending both knees 90 degrees.
- Continue walking forward, alternating legs with every lunge.
