Clearly, the Turkish know a thing or two about hard bodies because this imported move hits home.
Turkish Get Up
- Lie down on the floor face up and extend your right arm and kettlebell to the ceiling. Place your left hand on the floor, palm down to assist you.
- Bend your right leg, place your foot on the floor, and press into your left hand to roll your hips and torso off the floor until you're in a kneeling position.
- Place your left arm overhead and come to standing.
- Reverse the movement to eturn to starting position and repeat.
