Triceps Dip
This exercise works the major muscles of your upper body, including your chest, shoulders and triceps. It is performed in a dip station.
Triceps Dip
- Position yourself in a dip station.
- Assume a straight-arm position with your body tilted slightly forward.
- Point your elbows back.
- Lower yourself slowly.
- Squeeze your triceps.
- Press your body back up.
