Triceps Dip

This exercise works the major muscles of your upper body, including your chest, shoulders and triceps. It is performed in a dip station.

Triceps Dip
  1. Position yourself in a dip station.
  2. Assume a straight-arm position with your body tilted slightly forward.
  3. Point your elbows back.
  4. Lower yourself slowly.
  5. Squeeze your triceps.
  6. Press your body back up.
