Superman
This exercise is hard to do, but it provides a superb workout for your abs and lower back. To ease into it, begin with something less than a fully outstretched position. As you reach the outstretched position, you’ll look like Superman flying.
Superman
- Lie face down with your legs straight and with your arms extended straight in front of you.
- Raise your upper torso and lower legs off the floor.
- Hold this position briefly.
- Return to your original position.
- Repeat.
