Standing Scarecrow
This exercise will help sculpt strong shoulders. Keep shoulder blades down throughout the move, and your elbows in line with your shoulders.
Standing Scarecrow
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
- Form a goal post with arms, so elbows are out to sides at shoulder level, forearms pointed toward ceiling, palms facing forward.
- Keeping shoulders down and elbows level, slowly lower forearms until they're at shoulder level in front of you.
- Pause, then press forearms back up to goal post position.
