You'll earn the coordination and the legs of a skater, with the help of this move.
Skater
- Stand with feet together and hands by your sides
- Jump laterally to the right, landing on your right foot.
- Upon landing, cross your left leg behind your right leg, hinge forward from your hips, and touch your left hand to the floor in front of your right toe.
- Stand up, and repeat the move on the left.
