Side Neck Stretch
This stretch will release tension in your head, neck and shoulders.
Side Neck Stretch
- Keep your shoulders down and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
- Hold your head over the top of your spine (the neutral position).
- Slowly move your ear toward your right shoulder, using your hand to assist.
- Hold this position for two or three counts.
- Lift your chin and return to the neutral position.
