It's no wonder runners have great legs and butts, thanks to this move.
Runner's Pose Stomp
- Begin in a lunge position with both hands touching the floor on either side of the forward foot.
- Keep your bottom low, as you bring the back leg into your chest and feet together (both heels must remain flat on the floor).
- Extended the leg back to starting postion and repeat for the desired time or repetitions. Switch side.
