It's no wonder runners have great legs and butts, thanks to this move.

Runner's Pose Stomp
  1. Begin in a lunge position with both hands touching the floor on either side of the forward foot.
  2. Keep your bottom low, as you bring the back leg into your chest and feet together (both heels must remain flat on the floor).
  3. Extended the leg back to starting postion and repeat for the desired time or repetitions. Switch side.
