Pull-up
This exercise works your biceps and also strengthens your lats, the broad muscles in your middle back.
Pull-up
- Stand beneath a high bar.
- Grasp the bar and bend your knees up behind you at a 90-degree angle, crossing your ankles.
- Pull your body up toward the bar.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together.
- Pause when your chin clears the top of the bar.
- Slowly lower your body to the start position.
