- Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and engage your core.
- Place your hands on your hips. With a flat back, press your hips forward.
- Slowly circle your upper body to the right, backward, and to the left, allowing your hips to follow the movement.
- Repeat this trunk rotation in each direction until you complete 10 circles.
