- Engage your core and stand with your feet far enough apart, so that your legs form a triangle and you can place your hands flat on the ground.
- Turn your body towards the right and raise your toe off the ground, as shown.
- Hold your toes up with your hands and hold the stretch for 30 seconds.
- Switch to the other side.
