Form is of utmost importance with this total-body toner. Make sure to keep your knees behind your toes and pointing in the same direction.

Plate Weight Thruster
  1. Hold a plate weight with both hands in front of your chest, elbows close to your sides, feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
  2. With your back straight and chest out, squat down until your thighs are parallel with the floor (don't let your knees move past your toes).
  3. Push off your heels to stand up, and press the plate weight into the air.
  4. Lower the plate back to your chest and repeat.
