Form is of utmost importance with this total-body toner. Make sure to keep your knees behind your toes and pointing in the same direction.
Plate Weight Thruster
- Hold a plate weight with both hands in front of your chest, elbows close to your sides, feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- With your back straight and chest out, squat down until your thighs are parallel with the floor (don't let your knees move past your toes).
- Push off your heels to stand up, and press the plate weight into the air.
- Lower the plate back to your chest and repeat.
