Plank One Arm Dumbbell Row

This dumbbell exercise works both your upper arms and your core. For maximum benefit, keep your abs tight during the entire movement.

Plank One Arm Dumbbell Row
  1. Place two dumbbells on the ground.
  2. Grasp the dumbbells and assume a push-up position.
  3. Keep your back straight.
  4. Contract your abs.
  5. Raise one dumbbell to your chest and lower it.
  6. Do the same with the other arm.
