This simple exercise is great for your glutes and core. Don’t let your lower back sag during this movement.

  1. Start on all fours. 
  2. Support your upper body with straightened arms. 
  3. Extend your legs straight back so that only your hands and toes touch the ground. 
  4. Your body should form a straight line from your head to your feet. 
  5. Hold this position while flexing your abs and glutes.
