This cardio exercise has the added benefit of toning your legs, shoulders and chest. It also improves balance and agility.

Mountain Climber
  1. Start in a “peaked push-up” position, with your hands on the floor and your buttocks in the air (forming a shape like a mountain peak).
  2. Move one leg forward and the other leg back.
  3. Keeping your hands on the floor, jump up and down, switching the positions of your legs.
  4. Start slow and pick up the pace.
