This medicine ball exercise gives a good workout to your cardiovascular system. It also strengthens your legs and improves your coordination. Repeat the movement many times quickly for maximum benefit.

Medicine Ball Slam
  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Raise a medicine ball above your head while standing on tiptoe.
  3. Lower your heels and squat.
  4. Forcefully throw the ball on the ground.
  5. Catch the ball on the bounce.
  6. Return to a standing position.
  7. Repeat.
