Medicine Ball Slam
This medicine ball exercise gives a good workout to your cardiovascular system. It also strengthens your legs and improves your coordination. Repeat the movement many times quickly for maximum benefit.
Medicine Ball Slam
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Raise a medicine ball above your head while standing on tiptoe.
- Lower your heels and squat.
- Forcefully throw the ball on the ground.
- Catch the ball on the bounce.
- Return to a standing position.
- Repeat.
