Lateral Hop
This is an excellent exercise for the major muscles of your legs. It also boosts your cardiovascular system.
Lateral Hop
- Stand with your feet together and your hands at your sides.
- Squat down, keeping your feet flat and your weight on your heels.
- Keep your back straight and your chest out.
- At the bottom of the movement, extend one leg to the side and push off with the other, so that you "hop" laterally.
- Land on one foot.
- Hop in the other direction.
- Repeat.
