Kettlebell Hip Drive
This kettlebell exercise provides a great full-body warm-up. It strengthens your legs, lower back and shoulders and also challenges your cardiovascular system.
Kettlebell Hip Drive
- Grasp a kettlebell with both hands with an overhand grip.
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Squat and swing the kettlebell between your legs.
- Straighten, thrust your hips forward, and swing the kettlebell to just over shoulder height, keeping your arms straight.
- Allow the kettlebell to fall, guiding it along the same path.
- Repeat.
