Kettlebell Hip Drive

This kettlebell exercise provides a great full-body warm-up. It strengthens your legs, lower back and shoulders and also challenges your cardiovascular system.

Kettlebell Hip Drive
  1. Grasp a kettlebell with both hands with an overhand grip.
  2. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. Squat and swing the kettlebell between your legs.
  4. Straighten, thrust your hips forward, and swing the kettlebell to just over shoulder height, keeping your arms straight.
  5. Allow the kettlebell to fall, guiding it along the same path.
  6. Repeat.
