Jump Rope
This exercise improves your speed and agility and strengthens your calves. It also improves your cardiovascular fitness.
Jump Rope
- Stand with your feet together, holding a jump rope behind your heels.
- Move your arms about 45 degrees away from your hips.
- Push off your toes into the air and rotate your wrists, making a revolution with the rope and allowing it to pass beneath your feet.
- Repeat.
