Dumbbell Shoulder Press

This exercise works every angle of your shoulders. It can be done sitting or standing.

Dumbbell Shoulder Press
  1. 1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand, arms by sides. Turn palms to face forward, and then bend elbows to curl dumbbells up to shoulders.
  2. Rotate palms to face forward, then press arms straight overhead, keeping shoulders down.
  3. Bend elbows out to sides, to shoulder level, forming a goal post with arms, and then press arms back up.
