Dumbbell Shoulder Press
This exercise works every angle of your shoulders. It can be done sitting or standing.
Dumbbell Shoulder Press
- 1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand, arms by sides. Turn palms to face forward, and then bend elbows to curl dumbbells up to shoulders.
- Rotate palms to face forward, then press arms straight overhead, keeping shoulders down.
- Bend elbows out to sides, to shoulder level, forming a goal post with arms, and then press arms back up.
