Dumbbell Overhead Press

This dumbbell exercise primarily strengthens your shoulders and triceps. If you work your abs while doing it, it will improve your core too.

Dumbbell Overhead Press
  1. In a sitting or standing position, hold two dumbbells to each side of your shoulders.
  2. Keep your elbows below your wrists.
  3. Slowly raise the dumbbells over your head, fully extending your arms.
  4. Lower the dumbbells.
