Dumbbell Overhead Press
This dumbbell exercise primarily strengthens your shoulders and triceps. If you work your abs while doing it, it will improve your core too.
Dumbbell Overhead Press
- In a sitting or standing position, hold two dumbbells to each side of your shoulders.
- Keep your elbows below your wrists.
- Slowly raise the dumbbells over your head, fully extending your arms.
- Lower the dumbbells.
