Bicycle Crunch

In the Bicycle Crunch, you move your legs as if pedaling a bicycle. This, combined with upper body movements, provides a great workout for your abs. It’s a good aerobic workout as well.

Bicycle Crunch
  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent.
  2. Place your hands behind or beside your neck.
  3. Curl your shoulders up while keeping your lower back on the floor.
  4. Press your right elbow toward your left knee.
  5. Press your left elbow toward your right knee.
  6. Repeat.
