Bicycle Crunch
In the Bicycle Crunch, you move your legs as if pedaling a bicycle. This, combined with upper body movements, provides a great workout for your abs. It’s a good aerobic workout as well.
Bicycle Crunch
- Lie on your back with your knees bent.
- Place your hands behind or beside your neck.
- Curl your shoulders up while keeping your lower back on the floor.
- Press your right elbow toward your left knee.
- Press your left elbow toward your right knee.
- Repeat.
