Barbell Biceps Curl
This is widely regarded as the king of all biceps exercises. Use caution with this movement. If you can’t control the weight throughout the entire movement, you’re probably using too much.
Barbell Biceps Curl
- Grasp a barbell at about shoulder width, using an underhand grip.
- With your elbows at your side, raise the barbell until your forearms are vertical.
- At the top of the movement, squeeze your biceps.
- Lower the barbell to its original position.
