Is rowing good for my posture?

Absolutely! Just as with any exercise, the best way to see results is by using proper form. In the case of rowing, you have to use your glutes, legs and core as you begin the motion, and finish by using your core, chest, shoulders and back.

Essentially, using a rower trains all the muscles that influence your posture. Have you noticed that rowers and Crew members stand a bit taller than everyone else? Now you know why!
