I’m a beginner. Is an incline trainer too advanced for me?

Don’t let the look of the machine scare you. Exercising on an incline trainer can be as basic or advanced as you need it to be. Start out by walking on a flat course, just as you would a standard treadmill. Then, as you get stronger, you can begin to amp up the incline in brief intervals. Another fantastic thing about the incline trainer is it can raise your heart rate by simply increasing the incline; you don’t even have to break into a run. This is great option for people who are overweight or have knee problems.
